Whether you’re preparing for birth or recently welcomed a little one, you may be looking for someone to walk alongside you in this sacred season. Birth is powerful, personal, and transformative — and you deserve support that honours the whole of who you are.

I’m a doula who offers compassionate, spiritually-aware care, rooted in my Christian faith. While that shapes how I support others, I warmly welcome people of all backgrounds — faith-based or not.
If you're longing for a birth experience grounded in peace, trust, and deeper connection, I would be honoured to support you.

We’re often told birth is something to fear. But maybe you believe — or hope — it can be more: peaceful, purposeful, even sacred.
You want someone by your side who sees birth as more than clinical. Someone who will support your body, mind, and spirit — and who will help you feel steady, strong, and seen.
“You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast...” — Isaiah 26:3

As your doula, I’ll come alongside you with calm, encouragement, and care — holding space for your values, your story, and your vision for birth.
And with all the twists and turns and however you may be feeling each time we meet; we can navigate it together, remaining peaceful, calm and confident. You've got this.

A doula chooses to show up and be present, walking with you on the pregnancy and birthing journey, whatever that may entail. This can be at any point in the process - before conception, in miscarriage, in early pregnancy, in labour and into the newborn phase. A doula is someone who serves and engages with an ancient practice of being available and present to those who are on their unique journey of pregnancy and birth.
NOT included in Doula support (taken from https://evidencebasedbirth.com/the-evidence-for-doulas/)
Doulas are not medical professionals, and the following tasks are not performed by doulas:
* They do not perform clinical tasks such as vaginal exams or fetal heart monitoring
* They do not give medical advice or diagnose conditions
* They do not make decisions for the client (medical or otherwise)
* They do not pressure the birthing person into certain choices just because that’s what they prefer
* They do not take over the role of the partner
* They do not catch the baby
* They do not change shifts (although some doulas may call in a back-up after 12-24 hours)
If you book a 15 minute chat, we can discuss what sort of support you might find most helpful, and whether I might be the right person to support you. You can ask me any questions you like!
Feel free to book in a chat, or send me an enquiry through the website, or email [email protected]. Then we can arrange our first call!
It’s important you feel safe and comfortable as you prepare for your birth. I can help you with that. Hypnobirthing is simply using relaxation and visualisation techniques to put our bodies in a better state to give birth, as we were designed to! If you would like to do this through the lens of prayer and scripture, we can do that too. See blog post on this subject here.
Absolutely! I offer all my services online, so we can do birth/pregnancy preparation and birth debriefing, wherever you are based!
