My name is Helena and I’m so glad you’re here! I am a wife, a mum of 2 girls, a Church of England Deacon, Christian doula and Hypnobirthing teacher. One of the most important things to know about me is that I am absolutely passionate about people having positive pregnancy and birth experiences.
